What is the Task Manager?
The Task Manager is a built-in project tool that lets you break down any project into actionable steps. Every task has a status, an optional deadline, and can be assigned to team members — so everyone knows what needs to happen next.
Structured Work
Break big goals into Libraries, group tasks into Categories, and track each item individually.
Team Visibility
Assign tasks and categories to members. Everyone sees who’s responsible for what.
Real-Time Progress
Progress bars update automatically as tasks move through statuses. Always know where the project stands.
How it’s structured
The Task Manager follows a 3-level hierarchy: Library → Category → Task. Think of it like a filing cabinet — drawers, folders, and documents.
└─ Category ..... groups of related tasks (e.g. "Design")
└─ Task ........ individual work items (e.g. "Create homepage mockup")
Task Statuses
Every task moves through a simple 4-stage workflow. Click the status button on any task to change it instantly.
Assignments & Progress
Assign Work
Assign entire categories or individual tasks to project members using the button. Assigned members appear as avatar badges on each task.
Track Progress
Progress bars update automatically at three levels: project-wide, per library, and in the left navigation panel. Click Statistics inside any library for a full status breakdown.
