A Usage Pack gives you Project Units — the single currency of the platform. Every pack gives you full access to all tools, all features, all project templates. The only difference between packs is how many units you get.

Your Project Units are the raw fuel. Before using them, you distribute them into two pools — Platform Access Time and AI Compute. You choose the ratio based on how you work.
Platform Access Time
Consumed while you actively use the platform — browsing projects, watching tutorials, using tools. Different features consume at different rates based on the value they provide.
AI Compute
Consumed when you use AI-powered features — AI assistant, prompt generators, AI wizards, document processing. Each AI operation consumes a fixed number of units.

Every pack unlocks everything
There are no tiers, no "Pro features", no artificial limits. Whether you buy the smallest or the largest pack, you get the same platform.
Rules & Safeguards

| Expiration | Units are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Unused units expire after this period. |
| Stacking | Buy additional packs any time. New units are added to your existing quota. Expiration is per-purchase (rolling). |
| Account Cap | Maximum unit cap per account. You cannot purchase a new pack if it would exceed the cap. Current caps are displayed at checkout. |
| Non-transferable | Units cannot be transferred between users, between servers, or exchanged for cash. Within a workspace, the owner sets usage caps for members — this is a permission, not a transfer. |
| Auto-Purchase | Disabled by default. You can enable optional auto-purchase in your account settings — the platform will buy a new pack when your quota runs low. You control the pack size and can disable it at any time. |
| Refunds | See our Refund Policy. Because units are activated immediately upon purchase, special refund terms apply per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. |
LogbookOS is a SaaS platform. Usage Packs provide metered access to software services. They are not currency, stored value, or a financial instrument. Units cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
